High-Desert Nature Retreat

Humn Capital was brought on to The Boulders by the long-time owners of the property. We were tasked with concepting and implementing a retreat experience to replace a previous iteration they had experimented with when exploring the idea of activating the land. The initial concepting process took nearly a year and yielded a plan we are very proud of. In its fullest form, The Boulders will offer 20 1- to 2-bedroom casitas dispersed across the truly incredible landscape. Low impact amenities like a shallow soaking pool will allow guests to escape the heat while keeping what makes the property so special at the forefront - the raw seclusion and towering boulders.
